win customers from competitors by
identifying their unmet needs and proving the value of
partnering with MCM Sealing.
- Proactively target and approach new customers across BENELUX, France, and the UK
- Analyse competitor performance and identify where their service falls short
- Build a solid pipeline and convert cold leads into sustainable customer relationships
- Present and promote our high-performance sealing solutions with confidence
- Quickly absorb technical information and articulate it in clear commercial terms
- Create urgency and momentum in lengthy decision processes through smart positioning
- Lead customer visits, negotiations, and technical-commercial discussions
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored, high-value solutions
- Monitor market trends and report strategic opportunities and potential risks
- Represent MCM Sealing at trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings
A proven B2B sales professional with strong industry experience and a track record of driving new business
- Demonstrated experience in external B2B sales
- Authentic hunter mentality: proactive, persistent, and relentlessly result-oriented
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Technical or industrial sales background is a strong advantage
- Ability to quickly master technical concepts and turn them into compelling arguments
- Independent, disciplined, and resilient under demanding conditions
- Fluent in Dutch with a solid command of English; French or German is a strong asset
